For unprinted garments, we aim to dispatch your order directly from our suppliers within 24-48 hours of order placement. For MerchRobot branded or custom printed garments, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for production. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, express, and next-day delivery for UK addresses. International shipping options are available and vary by destination. The available shipping methods will be presented at checkout, allowing you to choose the best option for your timeline and budget.

Sustainability and product protection are our top priorities. For unprinted garments, packaging is typically minimal to reduce waste, often using the supplier's standard packaging. For MerchRobot branded items, we use eco-friendly materials whenever possible, including recycled cardboard and biodegradable mailers, ensuring your items arrive safely and sustainably.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. For UK orders, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express and next-day options are faster. International delivery times range from 5-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note, custom printed items may require additional time for production before shipping.
